Samson Agrolize A\/S also produces and sells machines and tools for applying natural fertilizer.<\/p>\n<p>As G\u00f8ma A\/S and Samson Agrolize A\/S are also neighbors in Viborg, the transaction gives the parties good opportunities to jointly become the Nordic region&#8217;s largest and best dealer of machines and tools for outdoor handling of natural fertilizers.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f8ren Merrild Bie, who is part of Advokatgruppen&#8217;s M&amp;A team, has assisted the 3 owners of G\u00f8ma A\/S during the entire business transfer, including the initial negotiations and implementation of due diligence, as well as negotiation of all documents associated with the share transfer.<\/p>\n<p>The lawyer group wishes both parties great congratulations on the transfer and the future joint growth.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PLEASE NOTE: This article is more than 1 year old &#8211; the state of the law, legislation, etc. may have changed.
